WHAT ARE WE DOING

We produce pistons and connecting rods of excellent quality with our decades of experience.

CASTING

Alloyed aluminium ingots are used as raw materials.
Aluminium ingots are melted in casting furnaces and used in kokil press or aluminium injection machines nd It is poured into the mold.

 

PROCESSING

DESING

Casting materials are processed with Cnc machines programmed. The material is produced in desired dimensions.

After the sample to be designed is examined ,Technical drawing is take with Auto Cad program by checking the determined measurements of the sample such as full length, stroke, crank and pin measurements.
