Design and Mold

After the sample to be designed is examined ,Technical drawing is take with Auto Cad program by checking the determined measurements of the sample such as full length, stroke, crank and pin measurements. Modeling is done by extracting three-dimensional measurements with the Cad Cam program, and then the mold is made in the Cnc Processing Center with a steel material resistant to heat treatment.

Casting Process

 Alloyed aluminium ingots are used as raw materials.
Aluminium ingots are melted in casting furnaces and used in kokil press or aluminium injection machines and It is poured into the mold.

Processing
 

Casting materials are processed with Cnc machines programmed. The material is produced in desired dimensions.
